Genus Oberonia Lindl. section Arachnochilus Schltr., Repert. Spec. Nov. Regni Veg. 1 (1911) 175. Type species: Oberonia punamensis Schltr.

Synonyms:

Stems almost absent. Leaf blades not articulated with the sheaths. Lip at the base on both sides with two to four awl-like teeth, the plate is then elongated and in front split in two tail-like tips
