Type: Giulianetti s.n. (Mt. Scratchley, 4000 ft) (holo K)

Rhizome creeping. Leaves linear-lanceolate, acuminate, narrowed into a petiole, 30-53 by 1.5-1.9 cm Inflorescence 23 cm high, with a few oblong scales. Raceme short, few-flowered. Floral bracts deciduous. Pedicels 1.3-1.5 cm long. Sepals elliptic-oblong, 0.84-1.05 cm long. Median sepal obtuse, lateral sepals apiculate. Petals elliptic-oblong, obtuse, 0.63-0.84 cm long. Lip adnate to the column up to the column-apex, entire, broadly obovate, obtuse, concave, 0.63-0.84 cm long, at the base with two slightly thickened veins; spur elliptic-oblong, obtuse, 0.42 cm long. Column clavate, 0.32 cm long. (After Rolfe, 1899).
