Plant 8—16 cm tall, slender, erect. Rhizome creeping. Leafy stem terete, green, nearly completely covered by leaf petioles and sheaths, 4—11 cm long. Leaves 8—15; petiole erect, 0.5—0.8 by 0.2—0.6 cm wide when spread; leaf sheath 0.4—0.7 by 0.3—0.5 cm; leaf blade oblique, linear to linear-oblanceolate, attenuate, (1.6—)2.5-4.5 by (0.3—)0.4—0.7 cm; base slightly cuneate; apex apiculate; margins undulate; 3-nerved. Inflorescence slender, lax, delicate, 4—20-flowered, 3.5—5 cm long; peduncle abbreviate; raceme 2—4 cm long. Sterile bract usually 1, erect, lanceolate, attenuate, 0.35—0.4 by 0.07—0.09 cm; apex acuminate; 1-nerved. Floral bracts recurved, lanceolate 0.25—0.48 by 0.04—0.06 cm; apex acuminate; 1-nerved. Pedicel 0.22—0.25 by 0.03—0.04 cm; ovary 0.15—0.18 by 0.04-0.06 cm; sinuate. Flowers about (0.5—)0.68—0.86 by (0.3—)0.55—0.65 cm wide. Sepals with median nerve pronounced. Median sepal oblong-ovate, (0.24—)0.3—0.4 by (0.14—)0.16—0.18 cm, apex obtuse. Lateral sepals oblique, ovate to ovate-oblong, (0.22—)0.28—0.38 by (0.16—)0.18—0.22 cm; base slightly obcordate; apex obtuse. Petals usually bent backwards, slightly oblique, narrowly rhombic to spatulate, (0.23—)0.33—0.35 by 0.07—0.08 cm; apex obtuse. Lip hastate, widest at lamina base, (0.3—)0.48—0.65 by (0.28—)0.38—0.45 cm; lamina transversally elliptic, (0.22—)0.3—0.35 cm long; apex distinctly apiculate, 0.04— 0.05 by 0.05—0.06 cm wide at base, lamellae subparallel, 0.23—0.25 by 0.015—0.025 cm high, 0.025—0.04 cm thick, vanishing below lamina tip base, area between lamellae flat and rather narrow, basal callus 0.04—0.05 by 0.03—0.04 cm high, c. 0.015 cm thick; auricles parallel, oblique, oblong-obovate (0.18—)0.25—0.3 by 0.12—0.16 cm; apex obtuse;. Column erect, very minutely papillose, 0.16—0.2 by 0.05—0.07 cm; in upper half with a small, erect, cone-like appendage c. 0.02 by 0.04—0.06 cm; staminodes diverging, distinctly bent backwards, oblong, cuneate, 0.07—0.1 by 0.05—0.065 cm, 0.015—0.025 cm thick, apex obliquely acute with rounded tip. Anther oblong obcordate, 0.04-0.06 by 0.04—0.055 cm wide.

Leaf sheath pale green; petiole green; sheath paler green; blade above green, below paler grey-green. Inflorescence light green. Pedicel and ovary green to pale green. Flower yellowish-green, lip yellowish-olive. Column pale yellowish-green; stelidia dark-green-blue rostellum dark-green to blue-green. Anther tinged pale greenish blue.

Solitary terrestrial in lower montane forest, in deep shade, on humus covered by leaf litter; 600 to 700 m.
