Synonyms:

Epiphyte, erect, slender, up to 50 cm high; rhizome short or stoloniform, decumbent, covered with sheaths; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose; villose; stems thinly terete, densely leafy, entirely covered by the closely appressed leaf-sheaths, unbranched or sparsely branched; leaves erect-patent or suberect, ligulate, obliquely narrowly obtuse, with a small mucro, 1.2-3.5 cm long, near the middle 0.3-0.7 cm wide; Inflorescence terminal, rather laxly 5-10-flowered, up to 3 cm long; bracts soon becoming patent, lanceolate, acuminate, usually equalling the flowers. Flowers patent, glabrous. Sepals ovate, subacute, glabrous, 0.4 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique, acuminate, at the base along the front margin dilated, mentum short, broadly obtuse. Petals narrowly ligulate, narrowly obtuse, oblique, slightly but distinctly shorter than the sepals. Lip in outline oblong-subpandurate, narrowly obtuse, at the base with a horseshoe-shaped, dorsally bifid keel at the base, decurrent up to the middle, lip in total 0.45 cm long, above the base and above the middle 0.25 cm wide. Column short, column-foot in front longitudinally foveate, rostellum absent, anther reniform-cucullate, in front deeply emarginate-bicuspidate; pollinia obliquely clavate, unequal-sized.
