Roots elliptic, filiform, flexuose, tomentose. Stem 3-4-leaved. Leaves erect, linear-lanceolate, 60 by 2.5 cm, gradually narrowing to the petiole, plicate, apex acuminate. Inflorescences racemose, erect, 45 cm long; rachis 7 cm long, rather densely several to many-flowered. Floral bracts lanceolate, longer than the ovary, apex acuminate. Pedicel and ovary 1 cm long, clavate. Dorsal sepal lanceolate-oblong, 0.9 cm long, apex acuminate. Lateral sepals obliquely lanceolate-oblong, 0.9 cm long, slightly narrower than the median sepal, apex acuminate. Petals obliquely lanceolate, somewhat widened in the middle along the posterior margin, 0.8 cm long, apex acuminate. Lip 3-lobed, clawed, spurred, 0.8 by 0.4 cm including the 0.3 cm long, linear claw, which is provided with two longitudinal ridges; lateral lobes small, obliquely ovate-lanceolate, acute, mid-lobe much larger, oblong, shortly acuminate; spur subcylindric, 0.4 cm long, acute. Column short, along its margins adnate to the claw of the lip. Anther ovate, in front acuminate.

Terrestrial in leaf-litter in hill forest. Altitude 600 m.
