Epiphyte, small, stemless; roots filiform, glabrous; leaves 3, falcate-ligulate, apiculate, keeled below, glabrous, subpatent, 2.5-3.5 cm long, near the middle 0.7-1 cm wide; Inflorescence densely 2-5-flowered, as long as the leaves, peduncle somewhat fleshy, angular, rachis short, somewhat thickened; bracts deltoid, apiculate, much shorter than the ovary. Flowers appearing in succession. Sepals elliptic, obtuse, glabrous, 0.35 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals broadly and obliquely obovate, broadly obtuse, somewhat shorter than the sepals. Lip subcucullate-concave, 3-lobed, lateral lobes erect, oblong-quadrate, subtruncate, mid-lobe suborbicular, obtuse, at the base with two oblong calli, lip in total 0.28 cm long, when flattened between the apices of the lateral lobes 0.33 cm wide, at the base with five warts; basal margins of the stigma ciliolate. Anther and pollinia not seen. Ovary subsessile, glabrous, 0.3 cm long.

Epiphyte in montane forest. Altitude 1000 m.
