Synonyms:
Rhizome short, creeping. Stems ascending, to 25 cm long, not very densely many-leaved. Leaves laterally compressed, triangular, to 3 by 0.8-0.9 cm, apex rather obtuse. Inflorescences arising from the leaf axils, 1-flowered, 1-2 cm long, peduncle-scales 2-3, linear. Floral bract linear. Flower widely opening, sweetly fragrant, delicate. Median sepal oblong, 1 cm long, apex acute. Lateral sepals 1 cm long, apex acute; mentum short, rounded, obtuse. Petals thinner, lanceolate, apex acute. Lip 3-lobed, papillose, with 3 parallel lamellae; lateral lobes minute, semioblong, acute; mid-lobe ovate-oblong, obtuse. Column rather long, stelidia rounded; column-foot very short. Note: The only Eria in New Guinea with laterally flattened leaves and as such easily recognised.
Flower white, lip light yellow with deeper yellow keels. Bracts orange.
Not recorded, probably epiphytic in lowland forest.
