Synonyms:
Roots elongated, filiform, flexuose, glabrous. Stems subpatent to ascending, branching, terete, to 10 cm long, many-leaved. Leaf sheaths sparsely verruculose, apical margin with a few bristle-like hairs. Leaves erect-patent to patent, linear to linear-falcate, 0.7-1 by 0.1-0.15 cm, somewhat rigid, apex unequally bilobulate. Inflorescences terminal on the branches, 1-flowered. Floral bract cucullate, slightly longer than the ovary, apex apiculate, outside with blackish dots, verruculose-punctate. Ovary cylindric, glabrous. Flower c. 0.5 cm across. Dorsal sepal erect, ovate-oblong, 0.3 cm long, apex acute. Lateral sepals deflexed, obliquely falcate-oblong, slightly dilated to the base along inner margins, 0.3 cm long, weakly cohering to just below the apex, apiculate. Petals obliquely falcate-obovate, subspatulate, a little shorter than the median sepal, apex obtuse. Lip broadly rhomboid-ovate, 0.2 cm, spurred, concave, near apex minutely pubescent, apex obtuse; spur short, broadly obtuse. Column short, clinandrium large, rostellum ovate, rounded, ascending, obtuse; column-foot short. Anther rounded, apex ascending, obtuse.

Flower pure white, the lip below the apex with two purple spots.
Epiphyte in hill forest. Altitude 600 m.
