Epiphyte, slender, up to 80 cm long; rhizome very short; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous; stems very much branched, filiform, very thin, thinly terete, densely leafy, entirely covered by the leaf-sheaths; leaves narrowly linear, acute, at the base subpetiolate-narrowed, glabrous, slightly carnose, 1-1.8 cm long, 0.075-0.1 cm wide; sheaths closely appressed, shiny, apical margin fimbriate-ciliate with subulate setae. Flowers solitary, glabrous. Spathe broadly elliptic, apiculate, cucullate-clasping, smooth. Floral bract hyaline, similar to but smaller than the spathe. Median sepal ligulate-oblong, narrowly obtuse, 0.3 cm long. Lateral sepals subfalcate-triangular, subapiculate, 0.25 cm long, at the base distinctly dilated along the front margins, the latter somewhat cohering. Petals obliquely oblong-spathulate, obtuse, slightly longer than the median sepal. Lip subquadrate-ovate, minutely and obtusely subapiculate; 0.15 cm long, at the base 0.13 cm wide, spur conical, obtuse, dorsally depressed, 0.13 cm long. Column very short, glabrous, less than half as long as the lip, clinandrium triangular; lobulate. Anther suborbicular-cucullate, somewhat umbonate, in front ascending, obtuse, glabrous. Ovary cylindrical, glabrous, 0.25 cm long.
