Synonyms:
Epiphyte, small, 12-19 cm high. Rhizome short. Roots filiform, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs ovoid, 1-2 by 0.6-0.9 cm below the middle; 1-leaved. Leaf erect, elliptic, acuminate, glabrous; base abruptly narrowed into a 2.5-6.5 cm long petiole; blade 6-11 by 1.8-4 cm near the middle. Inflorescence 1-flowered, 2-2.5 cm long, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts small, cucullate, apiculate, many times shorter than the pedicel. Flower erect. Sepals oblong, subobtuse, 1.2 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique, lower margin towards the base somewhat dilated. Petals oblique, at the base subtriangular, ligulate, obtuse, 0.38 cm long; front margin densely and shortly finely ciliate; apex shortly barbate. Lip oblong-ligulate, obtuse, 0.8 cm long; in the basal half on the upper side very minutely papillose-puberulous and with swollen margins. Column medium-sized; stelidia very small, falcate-subulate, dorsally with a denticulate additional lobule. Anther trapezoid-cucullate, in front slightly emarginate, umbonate, glabrous.
