Synonyms:
Epiphytic. Leaves 8-12 by 0.65-0.9 cm. Sepals narrower than in the typical form. Petals narrower than in the typical form, clearly spathulate. Apicalcallus of the lip minute. (After Smith, 1909).
Sepals and petals yellow-green, lip white with two purple spots, column spotted purple.
Epiphyte in lowland forest in shaded positions. Altitude 0 m.
